Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins may be available on weekdays, but weekends and evenings often book 1–2 weeks ahead. We recommend reserving your session or event in advance, especially for groups.
Do you require a prepayment?
A deposit may be required for parties, corporate events, and peak-time bookings. We'll confirm deposit amount and payment options when you request a reservation by email.
Will there be other people with us during the game?
Walk-in sessions may share arena time with other groups depending on capacity. Private arena rentals and event packages give your group exclusive use of the space.
Can we switch games during the session?
Yes—staff can help your group switch titles between rounds so everyone gets to try different experiences during your visit.
